Hollywood singer Chris Brown is in trouble again. This time, he was arrested in Washington, D.C. on a felony assault charge.
According to TMZ.com, the 24-year-old singer got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday (October 27), and allegedly punched him in the face. The victim never threw a punch, said reports.
The man says he and a friend were hanging out at the W when they spotted two women asking Brown for a photo. He and his friend then photo bombed the picture... and that's when Brown got upset, punching him in the face and reportedly breaking his nose.
The unnamed victim would later be treated a nearby hospital, and will need surgery.
Brown's camp, however, tells a a very different story, claiming Chris was just trying to prevent a trespass onto his tour bus. They claim the victim attempting to get on his tour bus, but prevented it quickly.
The singer is in custody, and remain in jail until October 28 Monday.
