Bollywood's royal couple 'nawab' Saif Ali Khan and his 'begum' Kareena Kapoor celebrate their first marriage anniversary on October 16.
According to reports the couple Kareena will be joining her husband Saif in London where the actor is shooting for 'Humshakals' for a quiet anniversary get-away.
