Bollywood hit queen Deepika Padukone roped in for Fast & Furious 7. After creating a hattrick at the box office with her three consecutive films entering the elite Rs.100 crore club, the leggy lass has reportedly bagged a role in the seventh instalment of the Vin Diesel franchise Fast & Furious.
According to a leading daily, she will play a significant character in the pacy thriller that also stars Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson.
Three of Bollywood beauties, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut and Chitrangda gave screen-test for the role but Deepika turned out to be the lucky one or the apt one.
The actor's paperwork is reportedly in process and it will take six months for the contract to be completed. She is currently shooting with Shah Rukh Khan in Dubai for Farah Khan's film Happy New Year.
