Mahie Gill Turned Sexy

Bollywood hot actress Mahie Gill turned sexy for ‘Zanjeer’in a cabaret song. Mahie Gill will be seen in a glamourous avatar for the first time in 'Zanjeer'.The actress has stepped into the shoes of Bindu who played Mona Darling in 1973 film 'Zanjeer'. 

The track, titled ‘Kaatilana’, is a cabaret song set in a club. It’s a situational number where the cop hero is face to face with the kingpin of oil mafia, played by Prakash Raj. Mahie Gill, as the don’s moll, grooves to the club track, dressed in a shimmery dress.

Mahie had earlier told PTI, "It is an iconic character played by Binduji. It is a glamorous role. When I was first offered the role I had refused to do this role as I felt I won't be able to do justice to it. I was not confident of doing it. This was a glamorous role something that I had not done in my earlier films."

In Zanjeer remake, Mahie is styled by designer Pria Kataria Puri. About giving Mahie a sexy makeover, Pria says, “"We coloured her hair, she had never coloured her hair.She had never worn heels, but we got custom heels made for her that were 7-8 inches high to give her that diva look. We made her wear everything from a swimsuit to a see-through kaftan to sexy tight dresses.”
The song ‘Kaatilana’ is sung by Shweta Pandit. Its music is by Meet Bros Anjjan, and lyrics are by Shabbir Ahmed.
The film is set to release on September 6.
