Sanjay Dutt will have to wait.Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt filed a petition in court on Monday. The hearing has been postponed until tomorrow. Hearing Will be tomorrow at 10.30. Justice Chauhan was not present in court today so the hearing of Sanjay dutt's case has been delayed until tomorrow. In petition Sanjay had sought permission to surrender from the prison authorities . As well as 6-month moratorium was sought.Sanjay Dutt was convicted for illegally possessing weapons in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case.The court had convicted him under the Arms Act and was sentenced to five years Jail.
Sanjay has already spent 18 months in jail and have to cut three and half years more in Jail .
